COVID-19 UPDATE 4/30/20

We have been reviewing the new guidelines from the Governor and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association. In an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to continue with our current system of not permitting clients in the building through at least May 16th. Our concern is to protect client and employee health while remaining open and available to care for your pets. This will allow us time to see how the situation evolves with the lessening of business restrictions in Ohio.

We will continue to be operating by curbside assistance only through at least May 16th. We are asking all clients to call 614-846-9644 when they arrive in the parking lot. If you do not have a cell phone, you may knock on the door at the far end of the sidewalk to alert us to your presence. (Where you would normally exit after an exam)

We are allowing appointments to be scheduled for routine and minor health concerns and not restricting them to urgent/emergent health concerns. We are also able to schedule routine surgeries, such as spays/neuters and dental cleanings.

We are continuing with our current restricted hours at least the first week of May. We plan to start expanding our hours back towards normal as needed.

 

Current hours:

Monday & Friday: 8am-6pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am-5pm

Saturday: 8am-1pm
