Reopening Plan Announcement

July 1st 2021, we will begin reopening our building to clients. Our plan is to open in stages, over a period of time, to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable with the changes that we make.

Our lobby is still closed for the time being, so you will still need to give us a call from the parking lot when you arrive. 

If your pet has an appointment with a veterinarian, we will be allowing one adult, wearing a face mask, to accompany their pet in the building. You will still need to give us a call when you arrive. We will check your pet in over the phone and direct you when you may enter the building. When your appointment is completed, we will send you back out to your car while we finish the check out process. Euthanasia appointents will be allowed two adults to be present. 

We will still offer curbside service to clients who wish to remain outside the building for their appointments.

Our technician appointments, and other pet pick and drop offs, will still be curbside service only. 

We will still be servicing food and medication pickups through curbside service.
